Tesla: "To The Moon Alice, To The Moon"

Perhaps you remember it as: "Bang, zoom, straight to the moon!" Words out of the mouth of beleaguered husband Ralph Kramden, spoken in anger to his no-nonsense wife Alice, in the 1950's TV series, The Honeymooners

It just seems appropriate right about now, two weeks before the SpaceX IPO.  I made the analogy to my paid subscribers this weekend, suggesting SpaceX and Tesla share some attributes with the 1950's Berkshire Hathaway, just before Warren Buffet took over the fledging conglomerate. Only this time, instead of textiles, insurance and candy bars, the potential merger will be in the business of rockets, robots, electric cars, global communications and perhaps most of all, artificial intelligence.

Here is an excerpt from my, "Weekend Update: Taking Tesla To The Bank."

There is no better time to continue on the theme of taking TSLA to the bank than now, not that I have some inkling that TSLA is embarking on a massive run anytime soon, but it may already have started with the lows of early April around $330 or so. High print from that low is at $453, a run of 37% in a month. That was good enough for over a 750% gain on our July $500 calls.

That could very well pale in comparison to what comes next. If it sounds like I'm banging the table, again, for TSLA, that's because I am. Not so much as a precise timing trigger as much as a heads-up that TSLA is the closest we can some to investing in Elon himself and the equity markets are beginning to take notice, especially as a $2 Trillion dollar SpaceX IPO is now a daily headline reminder of what not only is possible, but probable in the years ahead for the Elon-centric universe of investments.

Calls On TSLA-SpaceX Synergies

Whether there is ultimately a TSLA/SpaceX merger, or if instead, the simple synergies between SpaceX and Tesla real world AI capabilities become TSLA's greatest under-appreciated asset, the recognition of either will first be seen in the above Intermediate Term charts. That's why we will turn mega aggressive with new calls on the next TSLA breakout, it will be the prelude to a third wave higher at multiple degrees of trend. Months later, the fundamental catalyst will be widely known and factored into TSLA share price. For most intents and purposes, we want to own TSLA calls, near term, intermediate term and longer term for the foreseeable future. Only if price takes out the most recent April low will that strategy abort. In other words, risk $100 to ride TSLA shares up to $1,000 to $4,000 in the years ahead. Until further notice our mantra is: Buy TSLA calls on breakouts.

TSLA $4,000?

Q: Charts or no charts, Allan, $4000? Are you nuts?

A:  What could possibly takes TSLA up 25X? The video linked below strongly suggests that SpaceX and TSLA will soon merge and become Elon-Corp, placing TSLA shareholders as the equivalent of Berkshire Hathaway shareholders...in the 1950's! Only this time, the business is not textiles, insurance and candy bars, its rockets, robots, electric cars, global communications and artificial intelligence.

SpaceX IPO is a Trap - Elon's Real Plans Start After June 12

There is no better time to become a subscriber to my option trading service, if for no other reason that I read TSLA tea leaves, i.e., pattern recognition via short-term, intermediate term and longer-term chart patterns, as well as if not better than any host of technical analysts trying to cover 1,000 stocks and bitcoin and all of its permeations, of which TSLA is merely just another symbol. For me, TSLA is and always has been my special corner of the world of trading, especially when it comes to options.

What I am suggesting is that in the next couple of years we will witness TSLA/SpaceX become the Berkshire Hathaway of the investment world and Elon Musk will become the new generation's Warren Buffett. Hit that link above, SpaceX IPO is a Trap, for a 20 minute description of the what the investment world is about to inherit, then come back and subscribe to either of my two option services, Premium or PRO, for the ride of a lifetime...to the moon, Alice, to the moon.
