The Dow up over 200 pts, but Nasdaq is down and falling with some momentum. VXX has been rising since the open. On the latter, we could get a short-term Stochastic Buy in the next few hours, but it will not for the faint of heart, it's been awhile since one of these VXX trades went in out favor.
