We have been staying away from adding TSLA calls since last summer, expecting a dip under $200 and testing the prior Wave 4 low around $181. With TSLA now breaking through that level and trading in the high $160's, it's still too early to buy TSLA calls, but valuation wise, it's getting there. The risk now is. having to buy new LEAPS from higher price levels, which is a risk worth taking because if TSLA regains $200 it's going to $500. Let that sink in. On the downside, the next six to eight weeks could see lower prices commensurate with a macro event that leads the broad market into a nose dive. Buying TSLA between $150-120 will be hard, with all of the negativity and bearish sentiment at the time, but from the looks of this chart it will be targeting a major low and pivot into the next phase of TSLA's growth narrative, i.e., "Adventures In Cybertruck." TSLA Long Term Wave Count Timeline: By Spring 2023 the Wave (2) low should be history and 2025 LEAPS will be on the menu.
