We normally do not include premarket trading prices in the generation of our trading signals. If we did than TSLA would generate a Short-term Buy Signal above $800 at the bottom of the hour. I am not recommending this trade because: (1) it is outside of the internal rules vis a vis premarket prices, and, (2) because it is coming literally hours before earnings. Nonetheless, it is there for any takers. With the premarket pricing (High $801) it does satisfy our pattern recognition criteria. Tesla is currently trading at about $795, so it will be interesting to see if can push above $800 in the final hour of trading.
