In basketball parlance, "No Harm, No Foul." Without a SCHW close below $51.00 there has been no trigger into the Jun $50P trade. This is a shortened trading week because of Good Friday, but we are still looking to short SCHW on a close below $51. For the rest of this week, if SCHW closes (any day) below $51.00 the PRO Service will be buying the Jun 16 $50P. More aggressive traders can buy the Jun 16th $45P. SCHW - Daily Trend Model The attraction here is that if this wave count is correct, a close below $51 is only a matter of time, and it would set off a steep decline through the $40's and well into the $30's by Jun monthly expiration (Jun 16). Right now there is nothing to do but monitor SCHW toward the end of trading sessions and be ready anytime price drops in the $51-50 range. TSLA - Hourly and shortest-term trading signals How long will TSLA dip below $200 before reversing back up? A dip into the mid-to-high $180's breaking the lower channel line for a few days could shake-out weak hands before next major advance occurs. Under the right circumstances we could enter short-term calls for quick trade. Stand-by this week, although the week after Easter would give an A-B-C Fib retracement (shaded square) more time to develop. TSLA 240 Minute
