If still in these calls, hold until expiration week and rollover to Jan 17th expiration, strike to be determined. If new to this name, or if profits already taken, the Jan 17th $12C looks ripe for a doubling or better, absent some exogenous news event (of which there could be more than one in the weeks ahead).
