The uncertainty is palpable, just as our "next month" rule is kicking in as now April 17th expiration is preferred for any new positions as we are looking at Bitcoin (IBIT) puts, SQQQ calls and IWM puts. Let's get specific: Bitcoin Still has the capability to take the entire speculative universe down with it. As we alluded to on Friday, Bitcoin saw a massive rally over the weekend, almost $20K off Friday lows. How bearish would losing all of that pump be? At some point we will be buying April IBIT puts, but exactly where is not entirely certain (see Trade Management below), but the more give-back of the weekend rally, the more attractive these puts become: April IBIT Puts QQQ 2Hr A virtually perfect reversal inside the ideal Fibonacci retracement zone. Add to short position, either IWM puts or SQQQ calls, or both, on QQQ break below 500. SQQQ 45 Minute The low $40's is still a viable target, suggesting something nasty in the geopolitical arena could hit global markets this month. If so, quick action may be necessary. April SQQQ Calls IWM 240 Minute IWM Apr Puts IWM targeting $200-180 by Apr expiration, maybe a lot sooner and a lot lower. Trade Management: All Above Positions For new capital, April expiration is recommended. If still holding anything from last week's March options, temper new April allocation accordingly. If flat, be ready to short stock indices below QQQ 500 and short Bitcoin via IBIT puts below BTC $88K. In other words, take any hard down day as a serious intermediate term Sell Signal. TSLA The best Long on the board. If we don't get the downside action anticipated by the narrative above, TSLA has a chance to regain its past glory starting with a run above $350. That would take TSLL into the low-to-mid $20's in the next 45 days. TSLL April Calls TSLL into the low $20's gives the April 17th $15C 3X to 5X potential. Buy on any TSLA close above today's high print @ $303.94, or any intraday break above $305.
