Blue Line Trading FXI: Sell Signal: Sep $44 Put EEM: Repeat Sell Signal: Sep $44 Put VXX Shorter Term Trades We will be trading VXX on a tighter leash going forward. Unlike the other recommended trades that go out 2-3 months to expiration, future VXX signals will be targeted for no more than 10 days to two weeks, i.e. we will be using weekly options expirations to trade VXX signals. When VXX pops, it pops it pops fast for quick gains, minimal time premium erosion. Expect about 10-12 trades a year with targets of 100% gains in a matter of days. Two weeks at most. VXX has been my go to tradable in my personal trading, but always in shorter time frames, sometimes as small as five minute charts. It's time to share some of the underlying philosophy with subscribers. TWTR, FB, NFLX These three high-flying stocks all took 20-25% hits after earnings release. We will know soon enough whether or not those declines will be large enough to reverse their primary trends to down. If not, they will be generating some new buy signals. But if those sharp drops have reversed the trends down, the next series of trading signals will be sells and maybe more importantly, the entire sector will likely follow.
