Introduction AAPL was running all last week and I knew after watching CEO Tim Cook participating in a press conference at the White House that the fundamentals were merging with the technicals and that we had no choice but to go all in on AAPL. That was Thursday, after hours and before I could outline this post for Saturday, AAPL was running again on Friday. I used Friday's Alert, "Into The Close," to give a sneak peek to AAPL as our new pick this weekend and even before that was done, the shares had risen from Thursday's close @ $220 to over $230 by mid-day, Friday. No further delay could be justified so I posted the new,"Into The Close," earlier than usual yesterday, knowing full well that it could mark a short-term top while saving this more complete overview for Saturday. The Fundamentals How Tim Cook convinced Trump to drop made-in-USA i-Phone --- for now The Technicals This is the set up behind every big winner we've had over the past few years, a breakout above descending parallel trend channels, then followed-up with breakouts above horizontal parallel channels, repeated all the way up to new all time highs...and more. AAPL Daily - Close Only The Details: The most recent breakout was on Thursday, Aug 7th as price broke above the descending parallel trend channel coming down from the Wave (3) high on Dec 26, 2024. Another important downward trend line is coming down from the Wave (b) high drawn from the high on Feb 25th, tested on May 15th and again on Jun 23rd. That latter date was the initial Breakout Buy Signal which was confirmed with the fresh Breakout Buy Signal on Aug 7th, breaking (1) the horizontal parallel trend channel from the Wave 1 high on May 1st and intersecting the longer-term descending channel coming down from last December. Too much detail? Try this: Buy Oct and/or Dec AAPL calls as per the recent Buy Alerts and then follow along as I will do all the heavy lifting with follow-up AAPL Alerts, as needed. Longer-Term: A weekly price bar chart omitting all the minor lines, channels and wave counts, just the big picture: AAPL Weekly (Longer-Term) The longer-term analysis allows for some higher price projections, which in turn allows for some more speculative longer term option bets. Shorter-Term, we covered October calls here. Longer-Term, come Monday there will be over 130 days to Dec expiration and these OTM calls are all nicely situated for massive triple digit gains. AAPL Dec Calls - Friday's Performance Numbers An AAPL price > $300 by around Christmas, 2025, takes any one of these strikes up 10X. Highlighted about half way down the list is the Dec $270C, which would then be worth over $30.00 if the wave counts and breakouts shown on the charts above meet expected projections. Note the change percentage (last column on the right) of these Dec options on a share price rise of 4.24% on Friday, i.e., in way out-of-the-money calls with five months to expiration. So, who knows what (and don't tell me its all about tariffs)? Fresh Wave 5 Buy Signal - Ethereum If this breakout holds, and it will, expect a big pop in ETHA on Monday. Calls still buyable at these levels. ETHA Sep 19 Calls SPECIAL SNAPSHOT: TSLA TSLA - Longer-Term Updated Do not underestimate the longer-term potential of TSLA. We will go back in big time on a break above $330 and $420, targeting $1,200 in the next year or two. Our next entry will be on a breakout above $330, targeting $420 by year-end.
