This morning Bitcoin has finally breached above the $60K level which if held through Monday's Open will bode very well for our Crypto Basket. New money should be allocated across at least two of these stocks. As noted on Friday, Galaxy Digital (BRPHF) is far outperforming the other miners and that fact in and of itself suggests BRPHF should be at the top of the new money list, with GBTC as a core stock holding. Below is the Bitcoin Liquid Index chart as of Friday's close, with YTD Intermediate Term Buy Signals overlaid: Marathon Digital Holdings (MARA) Following up on MARA's Fibonacci Extension projections' chart, if Bitcoin holds above $60K through Monday's Open, expect MARA to break on through to the other side of $55 resistance, setting its sights on the next Fib resistance level in the high $70's. Above there, triple digits. IWM The next most interesting chart is of the Russell 2000 (IWM) which is already on a Sell in the Short-Term model. It will trigger a fresh Sell Signal on the Intermediate Term Trend Model on a close below $220.00. Stand-by Monday/Tuesday for a possible new trade. Index Sell Signals, notably QQQ, have had a series of busted trades, meaning the first one of these that is ignored will be the big winner of the year. Therefore, it should not be ignored. I'll send out the signal with new puts if and when the signal is generated. TSLA It still remains to be seen if TSLA has bottomed and has started a new leg up. As much as I want that to be the case, it is too early to recommend long term calls. Although $1K and then $2K before the end of 2022 is likely, the level from which that move up is triggered is unknown. So far the low from the $895 all time high has been $558, but it could revisit that level, or lower, before the next leg up begins. An intermediate Term Sell on IWM would suggest one more test of that low. If TSLA can break above $750, case closed, $1K is next.
