This represents the road ahead as we switch from Feb 18th to Mar 18th expiration. Naturally, I expect the Dow and the rest of the market to be priced much lower four weeks from now. The shorter-term zigs and zags are more problematic and will work to squeeze weak hands from their short positions, i.e., index puts. I'll be reminding everyone of the big picture along the way, in hopes of generating another slew of generous returns as was seen in the first 6 weeks of the year: Premium Trades PRO Trades On January 19th IWM finally broke down below 210.00 and stayed there, working its way back to kiss the bottom of that trend line last week and now is breaking downward again: IWM should pick up downside momentum now that it has tested the key level from below. Insofar as the major index funds, SPY, QQQ, IWM have lately been taking turns leading to the downside, it doesn't matter which one, or two, or even all three are used for holding puts, nor is there anything compelling about March. The idea is to be positioned for lower prices 30-60-90 days ahead. When patterns reverse bullish, so will we. TSLA While the fundamentals to support a $2+ trillion market cap ($2,000/share) later this year are in place, the stock price is caught up in the unfolding market dive. A tremendous buying opportunity in shares/calls/LEAPS is ahead, but likely from lower levels. This Fib retracement chart suggests that $780-630-500 are the three most likely reversal areas. The low last week was $792, close enough to consider the $780 level tagged. I am looking for an average of triple digit returns per month in stock index puts until this bear market bottoms out, and double those returns in TSLA calls and LEAPS over the next 2-3 years. Only one side of this trading plan has to work out for a couple very good years ahead and looking back from the top of 2025 it's very possible that both will have come to pass. PFE/MRNA PFE rose from $20 to $60 on the back of Covid vaccines, it has now has dropped to $48. MRNA's rise has been spectacular, rising from $40 to $490, but is now back to $145. I am looking to buy puts in one or both, but need a lower risk entry, especially since we are sitting on so many index puts. MRNA - Note Wave (c) expected low around $80
