Tesla (TSLA) Hold on and accumulate shares with profits from TSLA option trades, which should be beginning again now that TSLA has had a 40% washout correction. Look for $750 to trigger a run above $1,000, but lower entries are likely coming for shorter-term models. Bitcoin, Again Not shown: ---->$129K----> $191K Awoke this morning to a $60K overnight Bitcoin so the table is being pounded once again to buy, hold, and add to Bitcoin and its stock proxies: GBTC, MSTR, RIOT and HVBTF (HIVE Blockchain Technologies). I am seeking out under the radar crypto stocks with reasonably priced options for Special Situation trading. Option pricing for RIOT and MSTR is outrageously high and for the risk to be justified those stocks have to double or even triple in price in a time-sensitive manner. Anytime you have to factor in a triple digit return in the underlying stock to make an option bet attractive on a risk:reward basis, why take on the risk of time premium erosion? Be happy with the triple digit gains on the underlying and look elsewhere for stock options targeting triple digit returns. Bonds (TLT) The "Short Bonds" trade (TLT Puts) in both the PRO and Premium Portfolios continue to perform in TSLA-like fashion. The PRO trade began on December 28th with February 19th $155 Puts, which were rolled over into the March 19th $143 Puts. The Premium Service trade began on January 6th with the March 19th $155 Puts. TLT Puts - PRO TLT Puts - Premium The March 19th Puts in both portfolios expire next Friday. We want to be short bonds in sync with the long-term trend lower, but TLT is overdue for a turn-up correction. Five days to decide. One More Thought On Bitcoin We are watching a phenomenon, a global economic transformation that is unfolding in our lifetimes. Those that were ridiculed just a few short months ago for predicting $100K price targets when Bitcoin was under $20K are now suggesting $500K to $1 million. Hyperbole or prescience? For a myriad of reasons, I'm leaning toward the latter. Allan
