The best looking set-up on the board is this Wave 5 Sell Signal in TLT. Price closed Friday right on the lower trend channel line, or slightly below it, depending on how carefully you draw the parallel channel. Price weakness on Monday would be enough to eliminate any doubt and buy September Puts. TLT 240 Minute Going out to September expiration with the option allows three full months for this trade to unfold. By unfold, I mean for a TLT decline into the mid-$70's, taking the at-the-money Sep puts from the current price level of $250 each contract to $1,000 each contract, risking the usual 50% for a gain of 300%. The last trading signal for TLT was on April 9th and although TLT has drifted lower, the options have been either been stopped via profit taking money management, or, are just running out of time for the trade to reach maximum gain. TLT Jun Puts (bought Apr 9th, subject to money management stop) Should have been closed out at about +60% soon after reaching maximum gain on Apr 11th. Sep Puts - Friday Close. At $75 the Sep $85P should be worth $10.00, for a gain of 300%. Risk 50%. The move down in TLT is consistent with higher yields in US Treasuries, which are projected to be up over 5% in the 10 Year Notes. TNX Bitcoin The second best looking trade is Long Bitcoin- Pending (a break above $6,500). It is especially attractive because of the potential for a large move. As is shown in the chart below, if BTC is retracing Wave 1 in a Wave 2, it implies that the next major leg will be up in a Wave 3 and a move as high as $160K would be due in the weeks ahead. Use a breakout above the Wave 2 channel (above about $106,500) as a trigger to buy the Sep IBIT at-the-money or just out-of-the-money calls. BTC Daily - Saturday AM On Friday Bitcoin was up over $3K, a large move and maybe indicative of what is coming in the days and weeks ahead. Another $1K has been tacked on as of Saturday morning. The May high print was around $112K, so we are buying an initial position on a Wave 2 break above $106,500, and more if new highs are seen above $112K. SLV & META Finally, last week we took initial Long positions in SLV and META. Both look poised for further gains ahead. GLD is lagging and has yet to trigger (see trades here). META Daily Dual breakouts ---> Price breakouts above both declining and horizontal parallel trend channels, in close succession...now twice in about six weeks. The META calls shown in this table are the worse performing of a total of three that were recommended. The first was in the Online Tutorial, where the July $750C was identified @ $3.69 mid-session Jun 2nd, the second was in the PRO Service which is showing an entry @ $5.30 on the close of Jun 2nd, and this third entry @ 7.20 before the close on Jun 4th. This call close Friday @ $9.07. META Jul $750C Active Options PRO Service Premium Service
