With the Dow down 600 points and even more dire decline in the Nasdaq, it may be a good time to take another read of last weekend's update: The Big Picture: "Monday becomes a critical day, and next week is even more critical." The Nasdaq 100 (QQQ) seems to be the catalyst leading the entire market lower: Or, it may be that higher interest rates, as evidenced by a crashing bond market, (TLT) is leading everything into the abyss: Being short TLT and QQQ via puts has been the correct play here and as those charts above suggest, there is a lot of room below.
