The financial news attributed yesterday's decline on a statement out of China that Model 3 deliveries will be delayed because of the coronavirus outbreak. Today's decline is being blamed on Tesla closing down some China stores. Now ask yourself, if this virus is bad enough to hurt one company, why only one? There are only two explanations: Either the virus is a lot worse than China is reporting, or, that TSLA is merely going through a very normal corrective phase after running up $500 in the first month (plus two days) of the year. If the latter, we are laying in wait fot the next system entry, while if the former, it's only a matter of time until the rest of the global markets follow TSLA's path of the past couple of days. We will be trading whichever scenario comes to pass, and maybe both.
