IWM (Russell 2000 ETF) has turned negative for the day. This is the same index the topped out on August 31st, a month before most of the other indexes. It has been lagging the counter-trend rally since the October lows. Below is today's hourly chart with a very short-term up channel. All the indexes are well off of their highs.
