As the market continues to free fall this afternoon, here are some ideas to add to or initiate short positions. System Trades While awaiting new system trades in sync with the developing downtrend, the latest November expiration Sells can all be either initiated or added to: EEM Nov $40p MU Nov $44p INTC Nov $47p FB Nov $160p LVS Nov $60p Non-System Trades These are additional trades I am taking in my personal and managed accounts: IWM Nov $160p VXX Oct (19th) $32 Call - High risk/High reward Caveat: The Dow is down 550 points as I am sending this out. It can be down 1,000 by the close, or reduce its losses by half (or more), it's just the nature of the beast. These recommendations carry more risk than system trades, as they are "add-ons" or in the case of IWM and VXX, non-system trades. The market looks sick to me, I am going for it. I've been both rewarded and smacked down in trading my way, so know the risk in volatile markets, but also appreciate the huge potential if the market tanks from current levels.
