A quick update this weekend about where the Dow may be going in the weeks ahead. Note on this daily bar DJI chart how the first leg of Wave 3 stopped abruptly late Friday right at the Fibonacci extension level near 29,208 (actual low 29,250) before bouncing close to 300 pts to close at 29,590. DJI Daily On this 2 hour bar chart we can see the next lower FIb levels and where the next leg down, due early to mid October, could find support (Minor Wave 3 of (3) @ 27000 -24000) : If there is any more correction from Friday's lows we could get a new Fib reversal zone for some add-on positions, but that is not a priority (if so, consider joining the PRO shorter-term service). What is important are those returns on the far right columns of the table - those are interim "Best Levels" for this bear market move and based upon the chart patterns across the board, will be far from the ultimate "Best Levels" to be realized before this mess is over. Wave 3's circuit breakers, fear and panic have yet to make an appearance. The worst of stock index levels is still to come. Premium Service Open Positions IWM - Roadmap As for me, a well earned final few days on the Oregon coast and then back to Arizona on Monday. Next PRO and/or Premium Updates will be either late Monday, or Tuesday. Allan
