Where there is no dominant trend, not even on the short term, our trading suffers. It is not fun waiting out the market for those trends to reappear. But they will, they alway do. Nonetheless, I will be adding some new trades to the short-term portfolio this week, these trades generated solely by pattern recognition techniques and not trend identification.
