The performance table below represents a snapshot of unexpired option positions in this service that all printed new all time highs, today: Trade Management As of mid-day Wednesday, all option positions shown are trading well above their respective trailing stops. That will not necessarily always be the case. My best advice is that if there is a speed bump, i.e., trailing stop hit, in any or all of these positions, exit at least half the position, while letting the remainder ride through expiration. If these positions were exited right now, the average gain per trade would be close to +300%. If all of the 50% trailing stops were hit, the average gain per trade would be +150%. Accordingly, as of this afternoon expectations should be to average between 300% and 150% per trade. Not bad for a collection of 60 days or less option bets. Better yet, all of the underlying charts support still higher prices to come between now and the shown expirations. As for new trades, as always, consider them, Pending (see Alert below). Danger Ahead? This trend line on the Daily QQQ chart, coming up from the 2020 Covid lows, is troublesome. Two previous touches from below over the past year has resulted in significant reactions down. Meanwhile, price is currently repeating, i.e., touching the trend line from below. QQQ Daily QQQ Nearer Term It will take a close and confirmation above the trend line to ease my concerns that a deep dive cycle low could unfold over the next 30-45 days. BREAKDOWN ALERT If QQQ takes out last week's low, $588.50*, assume that at least a 10% decline is unfolding, in which case we will be adding Nov 21st, SQQQ or QID, out-of-the-money calls. I will identify strikes if and when this new trade is triggered. *Stand-by for a new breakdown price threshold as conditions develop. Addendum: TSLA - New All Time High - Pending Expect new all time high, to be followed by heavy round number resistance @ $500 before new leg higher to $750+.
