Leading off this week is a spike in inflation that spooked the markets at the open, only to fade as they day has moved on. Until key levels are broken to the downside, we are not getting aggressively short, leaving only a handful of "Buys Pending" to add to our shopping list: Buys Pending INTC - on a close above $22.00 New: TLT - Sell (Hold/Buy puts now - See below) New: TSLA - Buy TSLL calls on a close above $351 (see below) ----- TLT Unexpired Puts If not still in either of the above positions, new puts can be bought here for the next leg down, targeting $80. The Apr 17th $86P has potential to be up 3X to 5X in next two months. TSLA This is the first new purchase for TSLA or TSLL calls since late 2024. The low for Wave (iv) may be in, or, one more deep dive could be in the works with the intent to take everyone and their brothers out of any long positions in our 2025 Stock of The Year. If TSLA can close in the upper half of the shaded Fibonacci retracement zone, we want to start adding new 2025 calls. Accordingly, let's use a TSLA close above $351 as our initial trigger for new calls, using a hard 50% stop if we end up jumping the gun too early. Remember, our target is $600-800 for this next leg up, so let's not miss it out by being too conservative. Note: We are going out to Sep in an effort to maximize both leverage and time, while minimizing the possibility of a hard 50% stop taking us out by a random headline that spooks either the market or TSLA shares. The Dec 2024 high for TSLL was $41.50, which if matched on the next rally would price the TSLL Sep $20C @ $20, a 3X return based on current price. I expect at least double that by expiration. TSLA 2-Day Whether the Wave (iv) low is in, or not, the longer-term structure suggests a third wave up, pending, at multiple degrees of trend.
