More info at the end of this update. --- Bitcoin The breakout above $110K occurred after the NYSE close yesterday. Our IBIT calls, bought May 19th, are doing well, but in light of the breakout, I expect that they will be doing a whole lot better over the next month. This is the sixth volatility breakout on the Daily price bars since last October and the fifth since early April. Do not underestimate the power of this pattern recognition technique. BTC Daily Your eyes do not deceive you. Targets directly above range from $160K to $265K, culminating in a Wave 5 at multiple degrees of trend, likely sometime in the third of fourth quarter of this year. IBIT Jun Calls - Performance This May 10th Update provided the first guidance to buy this call on a Bitcoin break above $105K. On May 16th's Into the Close we emphasized the bullish pattern and again suggested a break of $105K as the trigger to buy calls. Heightened volatility increases the potential for sharp pullbacks that could trigger the 50% trailing stop, currently at +65%. If stopped, we will use any fresh breakouts to add to any "just in case" still held calls. These calls are up 130% in three days, on about only a 5% move in Bitcoin. That's massive leverage, but it is custom made for volatility breakouts. As Bitcoin makes further progress this year toward the targets showing on the above chart, expect exponential gains.
