U.S. Markets are closed on Monday in observance of Martin Luther King Jr Day. International markets, including Bitcoin, will remain open. Our USO trade has not been triggered (requires a close above 59.50) so there some risk that oil rises though our Buy-Stop while our market is closed. If so, the trade still gets executed Tuesday at the open, a gap-up in USO with this chart pattern would be nothing but bullish.
