The market will be closed tomorrow in observance of Good Friday. Our next update will be out over the weekend and expect it to cover the big picture and in particular, what if any effect tomorrow's PCE Report * might have when market reopens next Monday. Going into this three-day weekend we are monitoring unexpired option positions in Bitcoin (BITO Jun Calls) and Gold (GLD Apr & Jun Calls), all of which may be affected by any surprises either up or down based on this inflation report. Risk adverse traders can consider taking partial gains in advance of Friday's Personal Expenditures Consumption Index - or roll the dice that the bullish trend in both Bitcoin and Gold will continue at least into next Monday, if not next month and into the coming summer, as is suggested by the charts below: Bitcoin Unexpired Bitcoin (BITO) Calls Expired Bitcoin (BITO) Calls Gold GLD Unexpired GLD Calls Next Update - due out this weekend --------------------- *The Personal Consumption Expenditure (PCE) report released Friday is expected to show a 0.4% increase for February, according to a survey of economists conducted by Dow Jones Newswires and The Wall Street Journal. It would be the second consecutive month that consumer prices increased, making it more difficult for Federal Reserve officials to write it off as a temporary setback in their fight against inflation.
