No New Trades Other than the initial HP trade, most of the initial trades are underwater. Historically about half the trades go up immediately like HP did, but many take some time to unfold. The average number of days to reach maximum profitability is just over 30 days, so there is a lot of time left on these trades. It is not unusual to suffer drawdowns, which is the reason stops are so destructive on a system like this. Example: On the FB chart below a Sell was generated on Feb 27th @ 181.46. The stock went down for three days, then rallied back up to 186.10, putting the trade underwater. Ten days later it broke below 150 for over a 200% gain on ATM puts.
