New trading signals: Repeat Sells in MU and LVS - same options bought on initial signals still look good. Note also that Telsa and Google which both issued Sells yesterday (be we didn't take because of expensive options) were both down hard today. An interesting day in the markets to say the least. Biggest take away for me was that Nasdaq was down 2X the percentage as the Dow. As noted earlier, IWM has already fallen below its eight-month uptrend channel. But it wasn't alone: QQQ QQQ (Nasdaq 100), which is one of our trading models we look at every day for signals, also fell bellow its upward trend regression channel from the April lows, but recovered enough in the last hour of trading to close right on the lower channel line. Tomorrow morning there will be two important economic reports (non-farm payrolls and unemployment) that could affect interest rate projections. It is rising interest rates that were blamed for today's sell-off. Whether that is legitimate cause-effect relationship is irrelevant, that its perceived as one is all that matters. It will be released at 5:30 AM my time. Great, thank you for that. - Allan
